Limited Warranty and Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you experience a manufacturing defect with your system, NuvoH2O may either repair, modify, or exchange your softener within 5 years of the purchase date. To qualify for warranty, you must purchase the system directly from NuvoH2O or an authorized NuvoH2O reseller, register your system with NuvoH2O, and use only genuine NuvoH2O replacement cartridges and parts. Installing this system in direct sunlight or unprotected outside your home will VOID this warranty. NuvoH2O is not responsible for damages incurred due to improper installation.
You may return items in accordance with the terms of the Limited Warranty. If you are uncertain about your right to return the product, you may also call Customer Service for assistance at 877-688-6426.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by nuvoH2O within the warranty period. Please contact Customer Support with complete customer and order information to obtain an RMA. All returned merchandise must be received within 14 days from the date the return is initiated. All merchandise must be returned, freight prepaid. If unused, merchandise must be returned in its original factory packaging. All refunds will begin processing within 5 working days of the receipt of the product.
