The NuvoH2O® Manor Softener System uses a revolutionary technology to lower the pH level of water based on the basic scientific process of chelation in which the mineral ions causing hard water, principally calcium and magnesium, are bound to the chelating agent in NuvoH2O's FDA-approved, proprietary formulation, which keeps the minerals soluble and unable to cause hard water problems. The resulting water is soft and healthy for all of your household uses, including drinking, bathing, washing, and lawn and plant watering.

The NuvoH2O® 20” Taste System uses a 10-micron carbon filter to improve taste and water quality be removing sediment and chemicals including 95% Chlorine, 95% of VOC, inorganic chemical, turbidity. The resulting water is healthy for all of your household uses, including drinking, bathing, washing, and lawn and plant watering.

The Nuvo water treatment has really softened our water.


We have been a happy customer with NuvoH2O for about 10 years now. We have our own water well and it has hard water. The Nuvo water treatment has really softened our water. Our clothes no longer get rust colored, plumbing fixtures are not limed up anymore. I installed the system and also installed a Nuvo water system for my Mom. Replacing cartridges is easy and we enjoy using the convenience the automated cartridge replacement program which sends new cartridges to us on a planned schedule every 6 months. We are very happy with our Nuvo water system. I always tell my friends about it when they talk about their hard water.

It produces great tasting drinking water right from the tap.


I love my NUVOH2O Water filtration system. I had the system installed 5 years ago. It produces great tasting drinking water right from the tap. The system also reduces the hard water deposits in my house as well as outside. Using the auto-ship service for cartridge refills saves a lot of money on the filters, reminds me to change the filters and I don't need to leave the house to get filters.

Zac was very helpful


Zac was very helpful as I needed to modify my regularly scheduled order. I have (2) leftover carbon cartridges from previous orders. Zac clued me in that the carbon cartridges are to be change every 3 months and I was changing every 6 months. Now I know. So he is sending me the long cartridge now and then going back to my regular order in 6 months. Zac was very easy to talk to and very informative. Regards, Greg **

Love the way I feel when I shower.


I called NUVO H2O to change my auto ship schedule since we (my husband Dale and I) find that, with just the two of us in the home, we aren't changing the cartridge every 6 months. I spoke with Derrick who took care of that change immediately and asked if I had any other questions. I realized I that I did, and since he was so willing to help I asked them. Derrick was VERY knowledgeable about the system, how it works, what the principles behind it are, and more. He was professional, yet friendly - and provided excellent customer service. \n\nWhen he first answered the phone I had a moment of concern because he sounded so young, and I often find that youth working in a service industry lack what it takes to do the job. I was quickly surprised and very impressed. I don't know how old Derrick is but he won my confidence immediately! If I was working in human resources I would hire him in a minute to work for my company as a front line contact with my customers. Whether Derrick is as young as his voice sounds or not he gets an A++ in my book for customer service. Don't let this man get away! Now, regarding our NUVO H2O system - I am so grateful to have been able to get rid of our salt water system and R/O tank under the sink. As I told Derrick, I take lots of calcium citrate and vitamin D supplements for bone density because I can't take the prescription preparations for osteoporosis. My most recent bone density test shows that my bone density is not only holding its own but is actually improving. I feel that the NUVO H2O system is contributing to that improvement. I also love the way I feel when I shower. I don't feel 'slimey' like I did with our salt system, but I feel silky and all of the shampoo and body wash rinses completely. My hair feels softer too, and since I have very thick, coarse hair that is a definite plus. With Derrick's help we are going to be doing a process of elimination to see why our dishwasher isn't performing its job to our satisfaction. He gave us several tips on what to check on, so we will be doing that research to improve the way our system performs. Bottom line - we love our NUVO H2O system. I have had my Nuvoh2o system for over eight years. I love it!


I have had my Nuvoh2o system for over eight years. I love it! No slimy water, my pipes are clean, easy maintenance and the service folks are great. When ever I have had a rare problem with my system I gave them a call and they are always polite, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I do have one suggestion for the technical folks at Nuvoh2o. The first few years I had my system I found that after several cartridge changes the O- ring around the outside canister would become dry and crack or stick to the upper housing and lend up leaking. I would call the friendly people at Nuvo and they would send me out replacements under warranty. First it must cost the company quite a lot of money to send out all these O-rings around the country plus you have to do the extra work of re-opening the system and replacing the ring. I own a pool and I found that if I take a dab of my pool O-ring lube and run it around the o-ring upon instillation it far reduces the problem. I do that on every cartridge replacement and I have not replaced a O-ring in years. I would suggest that the Nuvo Company put a small lube sample perhaps in a small foil squeeze package in side their units for instillation with a addition to the install instructions recommending the use of O-ring lubricant. The lube is inexpensive and sold every where so Nuvo should not have to supply it after the initial instillation. Thank you for your time, your warranty is awesome! J.A. Kolly
